goodness! i swear me and wei sheng almost died on the spot due to lameness.. but okae lah. quite funny. hahas. he should say more jokes lah, everytime give us that stoned face and smiling only when we can answer questions.

anyhow, went to SHA VILLA at lloyd road yesterday for restaurant of nations event.
first time experiencing how the shatec students work and all.. it's a hotel on its own. training grounds for shatec students, which i think is way more cool than a restaurant for the HTMs.. cause the situation's more real. and i kudos to their product knowledge.
reminds me of that time when the HTM student ask what kinda fish were we cooking and when we replied butterfish, they were like '??' that look..
oh wells. i just hope that we're not like that when we're doing service.

weekend of nua. lol. slept the whole day on yesterday.. whoo. that's why im still up at this hour. hah
anyhow. the food we had was pretty out of the norm (especially if daily fare's kway chap and hokkien mee). i cant post the exact menu up here cause it's with sep- lol. they took back the menu but we got weixiang to take 3back for us. hahas!
