am still in the baking side of things. considering the fact that ive never baked before, i think everything's just about an eye opener- learnt new terms, new concepts and how to be smarter than the product. lols.

choc chip cookie dough's delicious. ditto for biscotti using 70% chocolate. wooo. kept licking the batter as me and ale portion everything out. hahas. but i tell you.. the getting of all the ingredients are murder. especially when i didnt double check the portion of recipe we'll be doing. full panic attack as the other group finish with the machine and you've got chef marc breathing down your neck as he asks when's the next group going on. and ive got to tell him that i only took one portion (to think i was so happy when i finally got all the damn bloody ingredients. for one portion) thank god he didnt yell at me or whatsoever. but his expression was just.. and i bet he knew that i was only taking out one portion of the recipe. must have looked like an idiot.

anyhow. it had never crossed my thought not to tell you that aunt called.
felt like an imbecile when you said that im being cold deliberately. what do i stand to gain from not telling you who called?
why dont you believe me when i say that i forgot?
i know it sounds like a bloody excuse- but that's what happened, believe it or not.
